At Shoes on Scarborough we take great care when preparing delivery of your Shoes.

For your convenience, we'll deliver using Australia Post Parcel Post regular delivery. Whilst Australia Post Parcel Post service is very reliable, from time to time items can go missing – Please refer any issues regarding delivery to your local Australia Post Office, we will do our best to assist in locating any missing items. Please talk to us and we will always do our best to solve any delivery related issues to achieve a suitable outcome to all.

Shoes on Scarborough will make best efforts to deliver products within 3 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. Depending on your location and the time your order comes in, the product may even be delivered to you within 24-hours.

Shoes on Scarborough is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Returns Policy

You may return shoes purchased at Shoes on Scarborough for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. Shoes are returned at your own cost. Products other than shoes may have individual return policies as stated in the product description.

Should the shoe you have chosen not fit we understand the need to return the product, as such Shoes on Scarborough offers a 60 day return policy.
This means that you can return your product within 60 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Returning your product to Shoes on Scarborough is completed at your own cost. It must be returned in the same state it was sent to you originally. For example, if it was sent in a box it must be returned in this box with all the contents in tack.

When we receive the product, we'll send you an email to inform you that it has arrived safely at our warehouse.

Refunds may take an additional 2 to 10 days to appear on your credit card or Paypal account.

On rare occasions, we may decline to offer a refund, even if it's within the returns window.   This should only occur if the returned product is damaged by someone other than a Shoes on Scarborough team member or the manufacturer. If this is the case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the product to you. This means that shoes must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear and tear and in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel you order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by Shoes on Scarborough.
Shoes on Scarborough will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.
However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
Shoes on Scarborough also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

  • You provide an unauthorised credit card
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • The product has become unavailable
